Warhead motion my US patent #7,350,744 B1 was
approved.
On September 13, 2007, the 9th Cir. Hon. Judges released the Government from being defendants in my case
D.C. 06-4010 DDP
alleging their decision was based on "A
review of the record". But these 9th Cir. Hon. Judges could not have made such a review
because the "RECORD ON APPEAL send to Circuit Court" only
three weeks latter on October 4, 2007...
And there was not one honest Judge in the City of Sodom [Los Angeles] and
not in the City of Gomorra [San Francisco]
