LETTER TO THE FBI
The First time I approach the FBI was around May 1999. I reported my
complaint to SA Kerry Hadaway at FBI; that the US Government practiced
lies reasons for decline intervention in my Qui-Tam case 96-3065 RSWL.
That the Government elected false Independent Panel to evaluate the NMD
EKV technology; That the alleged independant evaluator of the NMD EKV
concept is MIT; The inventor of the concept that get $700 million dollars per
year for that false job of being independent evaluator; and to assure
continue receiving the money, MIT produces whitewash reports are
produced. Two weeks latter SA Hadaway called me and said that there is
so much corruption in the Government that his Investigation was stopped.
He apologized.
On January 10, 2005 I approached the FBI unit the second time. I
incorporated the prior complaint and reported additional fraud and
corruption in the US Government; That the US Government classified my
court exhibits to cover-up violation of law made by Government and ARMY
personal. That the ARMY is controlling the Government, the DOJ, and the
GAO reports. That the ARMY is aware that NMD EKV concept is false; does
not comply with physics laws; and forever fragile; and to cover it up my trial
exhibits were classified; not for the Nation security; The Nation security is in
danger since this false concept is in production. That I was blackball by the
US government and can not find a job.
I gave the FBI a written document. Please see FBI_LETTER
I pleaded that the US Government will give me a job.
I pointed to him the ORDERS issued on behalf of the US Government that
are attached to my letter and that prevent me from getting a job. That I was
blackballed.
The FBI agent said he will be back with me in few days.
It has been over three months and I have NOT heard from him.
The Internet address that he gave me to communicate with him was
disconnected.
Please help me and donate money so I can retain an attorney and appeal
to the Supreme Court in Washington and protect not just my right, but the
rights of any future whistle blower in the US.
