FOIA REFUSED
- During 2005 and 2006 Freedom Of Information Act Office [FOIA]
refused to provide me with a copy of a letter that was send to me by
the Government.
- First decline production of that letter was excuse claiming that Dr.
Schwartz is "confused".
- The second excused was that Dr. Schwartz is doing "fishing
expedition" wasting Government resources and manpower. I
appealed.
