HR MANUAL PROCEDURES

...And [NG] Northrop Grumman HR_Manual_Procedures instructed the
Companies Managers NOT to layoff an employee but rather fire him; It is
costly to layoff an employee; the Manual also instruct NOT to give an
employee the salary increase he/she deserves, to prepare the way for
firing.

On their depositions HR managers first denied having any Manual
and/or procedures.  

The Please read the entire Northrop-Grumman HR_Manual. It is time to
protect the employees from the big companies and their managers.

IF it was not for my Husband Mr. Richard Woods that was a manager
and Chief engineer at TRW [Currently Northrop-Grumman] I would not
have this Human Resources [HR]  Manual/Procedures;
