Dr. Henry Crowder
- On October 10, 2003 Dr. Henry Crowder [Civil Engineer] at
Northrop-Grumman Corporation [prior TRW INC.] gave deposition
under oath and testified that that Dr. Nira Schwartz requested to tell
the Government that the EKV NMD technology does not work.
- Dr. Crowder also testified that he and Dr. Ray Maddalone failed
[refused] to tell the Government about Dr. Schwartz finding.
- Dr. Crowder also has his opinion about the Jamieson Committee
quality of work.
- No one from the Government cared to read his deposition. Not
DSS, not DOJ, Not BMDO [NDA], not ARMY, not GBI, not even
GAO personnel that Hon. Congressman Berman appointed for the
job of reading.
- But they all received their salaries, with reckless disregard for the
Nation security, while I, Dr. Nira Schwartz can not find a job, and the
Government refuses to pay me for the use and benefit of my
Intellectual Property, and infringement of my copyrights.
