- On April 2, 2006, Hon. Congressman H. Berman issued a Press
Release regarding GAO fraud, and its impact on above court cases,
especially case D.C. 96-3065. Mr. Subrata Ghoshroy, a GAO
Investigator stepped forward and reported the fraud.
