NAVY GAMES
...And the ill technology concept invented by MIT on 1979 to allege
protect the US against Nuclear Missile Defense [NMD] was embedded in
our entire military, including my beloved NAVY...the same NAVY that
financed my project Ph.D....
The Navy makes the Nation believes that the nuclear submarines it
placed across North Korea [N. Korea] is an adequate protection against
N. Korea nuclear missile attack. It is NOT, and cannot be a defense for
my Nation. The US submarines placed across N. Korea are for the
purpose of attacking N. Korea. The Navy refusal to accept my complaint
will not make their technology with the capabilities to stop N. Korea
nuclear missile attack as they allege. There is NO such a thing defense
against Nuclear attack. President Obama instructions to develop such
technology is hollowed. President Obama, there is another way to go...
- N. Korea launched several long rang missiles, but the US Navy
submarines did not even make any attempt to intercept with them.
Why? Because the Navy does not have such capabilities, and no
interest to present lack of capabilities. And the most important is
that even if the Navy had such a capability [which they do not and
cannot], an interception with nuclear missile will cause nuclear
debris over S. Korea, Japan, and more...
- On June 18, 2005 I filed by Email with the NAVY IG [Inspector
General] a complaint. I have provided www.NiraSchwartz.com as
the documents and material I based my complaint on. The
Complaint was assigned ID # 20050489. US Captain M. L. FAIR
cherry picked excuses, to reject my complaint. My questions to US
Captain M. L. FAIR are:
- 1. You refuse to read my website. If you did not read my website,
based on what you say that I have not specified allegations for you
to review?
- 2. If you did read my website, then why you hint that my website is
only about "National Policy" and "National military strategy"?
- 3. If you claim that you do "investigate, or inquire into any and all
matters of importance to the Department of the Navy", then why
you decline my complaint? Is the Navy failure to protect us against
warhead attack especially tumblers is NOT an importance to the
Navy?
- 4. Why you cherry picked reasons to decline my complaint, when
you said that "National Policy" is NOT your interest? Are these
Cherry picks to reject my complaint not making you a part of
"National Policy" that you say you are not?
- 5. Do you know that Dr. Frank Handler refused to test NMD/EKV
technology against the TRD? Well you are NOT the first one that
refuse to do that. And not the first one that continued to get your
salary...
- On June 28, 2005 surprisingly US Captain M. L. FAIR responded
with a letter attached by Email and addressed to me that stated:
"you have not identified a specific allegation for our office to
review". He advised me to review his website.
- On July 14, 2005 I responded to Captain M. L. FAIR that my
website incorporates the fact that:
" I have personally informed the Navy during the year 2000, in
front of GAO Investigator Mr. Ghoshroy while at MIT, that the NMD
EKV technology is Fraud and false technology that will not comply
with the laws of physics and will never work;
- And what is the Navy response? No one even cares to read my
web site; The False technology goes into production; and the
government lies to the people that we are protected against
atomic attack [especially Tumbler from N. Korea] while using the
NMD EKV technology;
- Please be advised that I have seven CD's with additional
documents that prove my complaint. Let me know if you wish to
have them.
- For your responsibility for secured America, and secured Navy
forces, please read my web site instead of brushing me away;"
- On July 20, 2005 the NAVY NAVY Emailed me"
- "Please refer to our website at www.ig.navy.mil regarding the
appropriate process on how to prepare a complaint for submission
to our office."
- On July 21, 2005 I responded with an Email:
- "Believe me when N. Korea launch a missile, and/or China, and/or
other countries, especially a tumbler war head, on Navy forces
[where ever they are] you are NOT protected, and you are running
of time, and you are playing games with me.
- The enemy identified in the NMD EKV TRD are having warheads
with shape, material, reflector and more that can be changed in
three months, and your response time to these changes is over
1.5 years. So please, no more games, go and assure strong
America.
- On July 25, 2005 by a letter attached to an Email; the NAVY IG
[Inspector General] by US Captain M. L. FAIR rejected my
complaint.
- My Ph.D. thesis [1979] was financed by the Bi-National founds; the
US NAVY/Israel. The Navy I knew was honest, and cared for
America and for America's friends.
