- On February 22, 2006 Mr. Richard Woods and Dr. Nira
Schwartz filed for a New Warhead Patent. Also, copy rights for that Intellectual
Property [IP] were filed on February 23, 2006. On March 1, 2006 the US
Patent Office Confirmed by a post card the receiving of the Patent
Application.
- The Current US National Missile Defense [NMD] Technology will NOT
defend
against this New type Warhead. This Warhead makes the US NMD technology obsolete, for at least
the next 20 years.
- The Patent application was filed for two purposes:
1) To show the world that such simple and cost effective warhead, can
confuse the multi billion dollars technology of the US, [Kill Vehicle, Laser
beam, and others] and therefore ONLY worldwide peace and worldwide disarmed
of such horrible technology is the solution, before it is too late.
2) To be paid for our consulting work, for three years, that the US
Government harassing us and failed and refuse to pay us while using our IP.
- If the US Government will not classify this invention, we
will put the application on this web site.
- On April 8, 2006, I have Petitioned
the Commissioner of the US Patent Office to inform me in writing that I am
allowed to publish this patent application on my website. The reasons are
enclosed in the Petition and its attachment letter to the FBI dated February
27, 2006.

- On October 5, 2007 Hon. Congressman
Howard. L. Berman wrote
a letter to Hon. Robert Wilkie at DOD Legal Department, requesting to find
the status of this patent application.
