RAY MADDALONE DEPOSITION
- On October 13, 2003 Northrop-Grumman [prior TRW Inc.] Project
manager Dr. Ray Maddalone [Ph.D. in Chemistry] gave Deposition
in case D.C. CV-96-3065 RSWL and admitted that he failed to tell
the Government about the analysis and reports that Dr. Nira
Schwartz [Ph.D. in Engineering] made and her findings; that the
technology will not not comply with Government requirements, and
that the Government should be notified.
