On 1997 the ARMY and DOJ appointed the False and alleged
Independent evaluators MIT/LL to evaluate NMD EKV concept and
technologies; Since these companies were the inventors of the
NMD/EKV concept, these Government fraud appointment made
these companies evaluating themselves; These companies created
whitewash reports to assure getting over $700 million dollars per
year for that fraud job, despite SA Sam Reed objection; On 1998
after reading the MIT/LL white wash reports, that screened out
intentionally the problems of their concept, presenting to the
Government false performance reports of the NMD/EKV project.
On 1998 I approached NMD/EKV Program Manager Dr. Sheldon Walt
at Hughes Aircraft [currently Raytheon]; I had many conversations
with him regarding the false NMD/EKV concept produced by MIT/LL;
I have informed him that I am familiar with Hughes Aircraft
[currently Raytheon] technology which implements the False MIT/LL
concept. I alerted him to the fact that the concept is in
noncompliance with physics laws, and provided him with many
scientific reports of mine with a proof to that fact.
Dr. Sheldon Walt assured me that he will take the measurements to
remove this false NMD/EKV MIT/LL concept from Hughes Aircraft
[currently Raytheon]. I believed him.
On February 18, 1999 after Boeing caved in to Raytheon and TRW
[currently Northrop/Grumman] blackmailing it, and granted
Raytheon the title the winner of the down select, with out any tests
and validations, and granting TRW the Hot back-up with out a
contract, I received a surprised package;
The surprised package was mailed to me on February 18, 1999 by
VP & Deputy Legal of Raytheon Systems Company at Virginia -
Attorney David L. Fowler. The package returned to me my reports
and communications with Dr. Sheldon Wald alleging the material
was never read by Raytheon;
- Please read the Raytheon_Legal_Letter to me. I have
attached to it one of my communications with Dr. Sheldon
Wald on December 13, 1998 that was in the package returned
to me by Raytheon Legal department.
- I will provide a portion of the white wash reports that MIT/LL
produced shortly.
- On 8/29/05 Attorney David l. fowler the person at Raytheon
that returned back to me the Raytheon Legal Department
EKV/NMD documents alleging not to read them, read and
download this website documents.
