California State BAR Complaint # 05-2875 now investigates my Complaint against Government Attorney Steve Kim that Joined the Defendant TRW [Currently known as Northrop/Grumman] in Qui-Tam [Whistle Blower] Case D.C. 96-3065, while I am the Relator legally representing the U.S. Government interest.

  • To assure that I lose the Whistle blower case 96-3065 SRWL, on March 1999 the Government decline intervention in the Whistle Blower case 96-3065 RSWL.     The law allow me as a Relator to carry the court case by myself, despite the Government decline intervention. 

  • I and my attorneys carried case 96-3065 RSWL representing the US people and the Government interest. It was clear that the case is going to trial despite DOJ and the ARMY corruption. After all this is the true purpose of a whistle blower case.

  • Additional effort on behalf of the US Government to sabotage my efforts to present case 96-3065 RSWL to the Jury was made on February 11, 2002.  The Government assigned Attorney AUSA - Office of US Attorney Steve Kim to join the Defendant team against me in case 96-3065 RSWL, when I am legally a Relator and representing the US Government and the Nation interest.   •  This created illegal situation when on one side of the Court case I am representing the US and the US people interest and on the other side the US Government and the ARMY joined the Defendant TRW {currently Northrop/Grumman] in an effort to kill the case. Interesting the office of US attorney Steve Kim is at the Court house that case 96-3065 RSWL and case 01-4937 RSWL took place. 

  • On 2005 I have filed a California State Bar Complaint # 05-2875 on the illegality and fraudulent assignment of US attorney Attorney Steve Kim to be the Defendant attorney and his abuse of power and disguised under TRW letter heads. 

  • The State Bar informed me that they are limited by law and advice to approach an attorney. On May 7, 2005 I APPEALED to the office of the Chief Trial Counsel..

  • On May 25, 2005 I was informed by the State BAR Of California Office Of The Chief Trial Counsel Audit and Review that they are loaded and need more time and will be back with me.

  • Petition to the Supreme Court of California was Denied case S141315.

  • A Petition For a Write of Certiorari in the Supreme Court of the United States [case No.: 05-11161] was placed on the Docket on May 25, 2006.

  • On October 02, 2006 For a Write of Certiorari in the Supreme Court of the United States was Denied.
