WALLACE BEITZEL DEPOSITION
- The EKV NMD Chief Engineer Mr. Wallace [Wally] D. Beitzel of
Northrop Grumman Corporation [Prior known as TRW INC.]
provided Deposition under oath that:
" THE WITNESS: To the best of my knowledge, the contract from
the Government to Boeing -- to Rockwell that flowed down to TRW
did not include a requirement for robustness."
- Maybe this will refresh alleged memory and alleged responsibility
as the Government required and defined in its SOW also known as
Trial Exhibit # 33.
" A level of robustness shall be designed into the algorithms to
eliminate the redevelopment of algorithms as a result of flight
experiment redefinition."
