ARMY SCOPE OF WORK
- The ARMY nor GBI followed their own Scope Of Work [SOW old
Trial Exhibit # 403] and changed after the fact, [with the support of
Northrop Grumman Prior TRW and Boeing] the tests procedures
documents, to falsely present to the US public and to the rest of
the world that NMD tests were a success. All to justifying the
continuation of receiving of billion of dollars to these parties.
