In May 2005 N. Korea launched a missile that
reached the ocean of Japan; US Officials announced that we do not have to
worry, it is just another experiment; Please make a NOTE that N. Korea is a
serious threat to the United States and its friends with its special warheads
named Tumbler Warhead; N. Korea is having this Tumbler Warhead since 1994;
My King is NUDE as my reports in 1996-2002 to the ARMY/BMDO/GBI/DOJ/DCIS
showed by the use of basic laws of physics; My reports were classified; God
Bless America.

On May 9,
2005 we were informed that N. Korea is preparing underground nuclear test. It is
very important that the Nation will understand that we already lost the race for
so called National Missile Defense. There is no point spending any more time on
it and/or money. Our only defense is the Enemy knowledge that we can destroy him
as he will do us. It is very important that we will develop Tumbler warheads
that will be transparent to the N. Korea missiles. The sooner the
better.

Since January 2005 this Website was
monitored by
Government DOJ and GAO agencies. The Military has looked at it as well. No
one approach me and/or my prior attorneys to correct the wrong done to me as
a Whistle blower and as a expert consultant to the US Government.

On May 2005 SA Sam Reed, Mr. Roy
Danchick and Mr. Wally Beitzel were made aware
of this Website. Northrop-Grumman Attorney Pauline Waschek became aware as well.
Also aware is Defense Criminal Investigation Service DCIS.

On June 4, 2005 I contacted Gordon
S. Heddell, Inspector General at OIG office by email; Submitting my complaint
regarding DOJ/GAO/ARMY/BMDO/MDA/GBI/DCIS offices the fraud, waste, abuse, or
mismanagements involving their employees committed. GOD Bless America and
let us pray for not having a whitewash report this time.

On June 5, 2005 I left the US
using Los Angeles Airport. The checking line was long, and I was screened
out and isolated from the public, and was put behind a special fence
that was four feet long and one feet away from the wall. The fence was the size for
isolating dogs. After about 10 minutes a security person came and intensively
check me and my suitcase. When it was over I asked the security person
"why I was selected out and isolated from the rest of the public?" and he answered that
my Ticket was marked by the US government Security Service with a mark: "SSSS" that has
yellow background, which means a dangerous person to the US.... So, I am a
whistle blower that sacrificed my life and my profession to secure the
Nation... now I am outcast, harass and abused by the US government. The
Yellow background for the 'SSSS' note
reminded me of my people wearing the
yellow ribbon during War world II, before being sent to the chambers by the
German SS.

fowler the person at Raytheon that returned back to me the Raytheon the Legal
Department EKV/NMD documents alleging not to read them [ Raytheon_Legal_Letter],
had read
and download this website documents.
