GAO_REPORTS
The US Government prohibited Mr. Subrata Ghoshroy [GAO
Investigator] and SA Sam Reed [DCIS Investigator] from testifying in
D.C. 96-3065 RSWL Court trial. This to Assure I will not be able to
present to the Jury that TRW [Currently Northrop/Grumman] and
Raytheon falsified NMD technology performance reports to the
Government, and Concealed the facts that their NMD technologies are
forever fragile and in noncompliance with physics laws,
On July 5, 200 Hon. Congressmen Berman and Hon. Senator Grassley
Requested US Government GAO investigation of Dr. Nira Schwartz
claims that NMD Technology is a fraud. please see

On 2000 after two years of investigation GAO came-up with two
reports that supported most of Dr. Nira Schwartz claims. Please see

The US Government made sure that I can not present the GAO reports
to the Jury. This was done by prohibiting Mr. Subrata Ghoshroy, one of
the writers of the GAO reports from testifying in my case. Without Mr.
Subrata Ghoshroy testimony the GAO reports could not have been
represented to the Jury. The US Government prohibited SA Sam Reed
from testifying in my case, and therefore the criminal reports could not be
presented to the Jury. Preventing me from showing to the Jury that I
was a whistle blower and that I told the US Government issues and
problems with NMD that otherwise would not have known, because
TRW [Currently Northrop/Grumman] and Raytheon concealed it from

Without Mr. Subrata Ghoshroy and SA Sam Reed testimony [Since
they were prohibited by the US Government from testifying in my Court
cases], I could not show to the Jury that TRW [currently
Northrop/Grumman] and Raytheon falsified reports and concealed from
the Government that the NMD technology does not work and forever
fragile. The GAO reports and DCIS reports were out of the reach of the
Jury.
Without Mr. Subrata Ghoshroy and SA Sam Reed testimony the Jury
found me not a whistle blower.
While GAO reports are supposed to be a result of independent
investigation panel, the ARMY and DOJ controlled of what will be
investigated and what will be written in these reports. For example the
ARMY prohibited an investigation of the NMD concept, and the fact
that it will not comply with physics laws. GAO provided me with an
early version of the GAO reports to validate what I have reported. I
have made it clear that the investigation about the NMD concept is
missing from the GAO reports. And the problems GAO reported are
ONLY a by product of the fact that the NMD concept is ill concept and
in noncompliance with physics laws. My comments were NOT
integrated in the GAO reports. The GAO reports would have been a
complete whitewash if it was not for Mr. Subrata Ghoshroy that bravely
stood up for the Nation interest.
Then, GAO when forward and betrayed the Nation. See

their jobs and income.
