recognized by an ORDER dated 2-9-04 that I
have earned $1.6 Million dollars work
consulting to the Government; [This Order is
an attachment to my letter to the FBI] The
Judge said it was same employment type that
I have worked for the company named 20th
Century Plastics.
But even so the Government through DOJ

Government use of my intellectual property;
Please see my Reply_On_Appeal case 05-5063 to
the lower court of claims case 03-37C;- On May
10, 2005 I was instructed by the Court to Correct my
Informal Reply Brief On Appeal. The
CORRECTED_Reply_on_Appeal is provided. The Old
version will be discarded by the Court.
On November 2009, President Obama
informed the Nation that a new NMD
technology is going to be developed.
President Obama removed the old NMD
based on my work, he used the fruits of my
Consulting work to the Government during
1997, 2000, and still I am not being paid.
President Obama, Please pay me for my
Consulting work to the Government, You
make use of my Intellectual Property
without pay.
