peace with the US and you refused, hiding behind
excuses of N. Korea's violation of human rights...

Having a USA military patrol that makes its self
present on the borders between North Korea and
South Korea is NOT the way to go. In the event N.
Korea will launch tumbler nuclear missile on Los
Angeles, there will be no more such a city... Please
President Obama, this is not the way to go...
On May 9, 2005 we were informed that N. Korea is
preparing underground nuclear test. It is very
important that the Nation will understand that we
already lost the race for so called National Missile
Defense. There is no point spending any more time
on it and/or money. On November 2009,President
Obama instructed to develop NEW missile defense.
There is no such a thing, and our President is only
misleading us...this is not the way to go...
On October 3, 1994 the Highest Priority Threat on
the US is Defined by the National Missile Defense
[NMD] Program Manager Jerry W. Cavender as the
North Korea TUMBLER warhead aimed at Los
Angeles California.
Identical requirements were propounded by the
ARMY and the Government on Boeing [prior
Rockwell International, and the one that contracted
TRW currently Northrop/Grumman] and to Raytheon
[Prior Hughes Missile Systems Company].
My Patent explains it. Please President Obama,
make a note that N. Korea, China and mote have
nuclear missiles that incorporate similar approach
with a primitive basic technology.

- Tumbler warhead is an objects that its motion in
space are not predicted. Such motion can be
easily achieved, by attaching to the warhead
some rods and/or balloons that leek air, and
many more.
- On 1996 Mr. Wally Beitzel [Chief engineer at
TRW (currently Northrop/Grumman)] false
reported to the Government that TRW
technology is robust and can differentiate from
other decoys the Tumbler warhead, even when it
tumbles slowly. Mr. Beitzel even reported that
a change of 0.5 degree in warhead conning
angle caused degradation of 5% in the
probability to detect the warhead. I responded in
written report to GAO/DCIS/DOJ that this is
one of the indications that the NMD EKV
Technology concept is false; forever fragile; in
noncompliance with the laws of physics;
- What will happen when a Tumbler is having a
change of 1 degree in conning angle? 2 degree?
and so on. My report explained by laws of
physics and mathematical tools that the
technology concept fails under these conditions.
My report was classified.
- Where these conditions identified in the
Government TRD?
- Did the GAO investigators read the Government
TRD?
- But the GAO investigators did not want the
proof that the NMD EKV concept is false;
forever fragile; and in noncompliance with the
laws of physics; They ONLY were looking for
problems that they believed can be solved. They
knew that if they will report that NMD EKV
concept is false they will lose their jobs and
their pensions. That they will end as happened
to SA Sam Reed.
- Can GAO investigators assure the Nation that
there will be no earthshine Spikes on the Infrared
Signal to drastically impact the signal average?
Where these conditions identified in the
Government TRD?
- Can GAO investigators assure the Nation that
spectrum analysis of Infra red signals with
earthshine Spikes will provide characteristic and
unique frequency to differentiate the warhead?
- Can GAO investigators assure the Nation that
the exact mean temperatures of the deployed
objects is known prior to enemy launch?
- Can GAO investigators assure the Nation that
the NMD EKV sensor will not look at multiple
potential warheads creating Infrared signals
gaps?
- Can GAO investigators assure the Nation that
the deployed objects clusters are selected when
the differentiation performance of Raytheon
technology is above 70%, or 80%, or 90%?
- Can GAO investigators assure the Nation that
the enemy will not switch deployed objects
colors in 20 minutes?
- Can GAO investigators explain to the Nation
what does it mean that to build a new threat's
body takes 3 months and the NMD EKV
technologies response time is over 1.5 years?
- Can GAO investigators assure the Nation that
they read the CIA reports?
- Can GAO investigators assure the Nation that
sending multiple NMD EKV to the deployed
objects will cause them to aim on the warheads?
After all the false technology is imbedded in all
of them.
- Can GAO investigators assure the Nation that
the during the End of Game time the Enemy
warhead will not move over half of his body
size, causing miss hit, regardless of any type of
discrimination technology? My
calculations/simulations with basic laws of
physics show that the warhead does just that. I
produced these analysis reports in writing to the
TRW/Raytheon/DCIS/DOJ/GAO/POET/NRC/B
MDO/ARMY.
- Can GAO investigators explain to the Nation
why NMD EKV GBI refused to read SA Reed
Reports?
- Can GAO investigators assure the Nation that
the Independent panel to evaluate the NMD
EKV technology was indeed Independent?
- Can GAO investigators explain to the Nation
why the Inventors of the false NMD EKV
Concept on 1979 and known as MIT/LL are also
performing the task of alleged "Independent
evaluators" and in fact evaluate themselves? and
who appointed them to the task?
- Can GAO investigators explain to the Nation
why SA Sam Reed request to have Sandia do
the Independent evaluation was denied, and by
whom?
- Can GAO investigators explain to the Nation
why TRW [Currently Northrop/Grumman] was
the developer of the NMD EKV technology and
also the SYSTEM ENGINEER, and in fact
evaluate themselves?
- Can GAO investigators explain to the Nation
why their reports failed to address the fact that
the NMD EKV concept was in non compliance
with laws of physics?
- Can GAO investigators explain to the Nation
why DOJ based on lies failed to intervene in my
Qui-Tam case? And why the Attorney General
was not even aware that the qui-tam cases were
dismissed?
- Can GAO investigators explain to the Nation
why the US Government and DOJ breached the
promises it gave to me to intervene in my qui-
tam case 96-3065 RSWL?
- Can GAO investigators explain to the Nation
why the US Government prohibit SA Sam Reed
from testifying about the intervention agreement
that he witness and was made in my home on
1997 between DOJ Attorney Dennis Egan and
me that the US Government will intervene in my
qui-tam case?

why DOJ is fighting me at the Washington Court
of claims NOT to pay me for my consulting fees
of over 4500 hours? This when Hon. Judge Lew
issue an Order recognizing my work for the
value of $1.6 million dollars, and ordered that
amount be redacted from any award by the Jury
in the Wrongful Termination Case?
- Can GAO investigators explain to the Nation
why DOJ/BMDO/ARMY entered into an
agreement with TRW [currently
Northrop/Grumman] that if TRW will win my
Wrongful Termination case [claims in case 96-
3065 RSWL] the Government will pay TRW
attorneys fees and Cost? [Hon. Judge Chapman]
- Can GAO investigators explain to the Nation
why DOJ and the ARMY unnecessarily
classified Trial Exhibit to prevent me from
wining my wrongful - termination case [Claims
incorporated in case 96-3065 RSWL]?
- Can GAO investigators explain to the Nation
why DOJ and the ARMY unnecessarily
classified Trial Exhibit to prevent me from
showing these agencies violation of law?
- Non of that GAO investigators can assure
and/or explain that to the Nation. The GAO
Investigators knew about these unsolvable
problems, violation of laws made by the ARMY
and by DOJ and knowingly failed to report that
to the Congress and to the Senate. Because, the
ARMY controlled DOJ and the ARMY also
control what will be incorporated and reported in
the GAO reports to the Congress and to the
Senate. And DOJ knew about all of the above,
and that the NMD EKV concept is in non
compliance with laws of Physics and did
nothing. Therefore Raytheon/TRW [Currently
Northrop/Grumman] NMD EKV technologies
are for ever fragile, and the Nation security is in
danger.
- President Obama is NOT strong to save human
race. He selected the wrong approach to assure
that. President Obama has a special nuclear
bunker, may be his family will be the only
family left to continue human race.
