- During November December 2005, as advised by Judge Bush
case 03-37C US court of Federal Claims, I have filed for Copyrights on
my following Reports, Test Procedures, Analysis, Algorithms and Software, Test Validations of
EKV/NMD. The Report are redacted, however the fraud committed by the POET,
and Northrop Grumman [Prior TRW Inc.] can easily seen:
1) "Questions For Poet and Agenda For GAO Visit to MIT regarding
EKV/NMD" [filed with the Library of Congress on Dec 07, 2005]
2) "Analyzing Northrop Grumman [prior TRW]
Threat Typing Sensitivity Report, and my analyzing software" [filed with the Library of Congress on Dec
03, 2005]
3) "Contradictions in Northrop Grumman Corp. [Prior TRW
Inc.] Reports to Government. [filed with the Library of Congress on Nov 28, 2005]
4) "Statistical Hypotheses Testing" [filed with the Library of Congress on
Nov 26, 2005]
5) " Non-Compliance without exception of Baseline Discrimination
Technology with the TRD" [filed with the Library of Congress on
Nov 23, 2005]
6) "Test Procedures" that I wrote for the POET and
for NRC to test NMD technology and concept performance. [filed with the Library of Congress on
Nov 25, 2005]
- " Test Procedures" that I wrote for the POET and
for NRC to test NMD technology and concept performance. The provided portion
is a redaction of a bigger report of mine.
This redacted portion was Trial exhibits # 117 in my wrongful termination
case CV-96-3065RSWL. The Government classified this portion four days prior
to the trial, to prevent me from showing to the jury that Northrop - Grumman
[Prior TRW] new that they can not differentiate a warhead from a decoy based
on the objects' temperatures.
Any high school student can see by the a table on the last page of this
redacted document the range of
temperatures that each deployed object may have.
The deployed objects' temperatures
are overlapping each other making it impossible to differentiate between
them based on their temperature.
Now, after tampering my Wrongful Termination case, the Government allows
trial Exhibit #117 in the public domain.
