Thousands More Flight Tests are needed TRW [currently
Northrop/Grumman] announced on June 1997; this two years after
Jamieson Committee concluded that NMD technology was fragile; And
No one in the US Government cared, including the GAO investigators.
On October 19, 2000 I met with GAO investigators and a Pentagon
person. On November 24, 2000 I provided reports and analysis to Dr. Hi
V Tram [a Physicist at GAO] with a proof that the Concept of NMD
EKV as integrated in TRW [currently Northrop/Grumman] and Raytheon
technologies did not comply with physics laws; the concept and the
technologies build on this concept are forever Fragile as presented by
Black-Body laws; these technologies will fail to select for interception the
warhead with the atomic bomb. Shortly after that I was told that Dr.
Tram was no longer on the GAO investigation team because he had other

On 1997 in their 60-day report TRW [currently Northrop/Grumman]
reported:
"To fully demonstrate the robustness of the algorithms will require
thousands more flight tests."
Not one thousand flight test, but thousands of flight tests. And a flight test
cost is over $120 million dollars, and preparations for one flight test is over
one year. This creating thousands of years job for TRW [currently
Northrop/ Grumman]. On October 2000, I pointed to the GAO
investigators and the Pentagon that this alone should raised alarm flags that
the technology is a false technology and the real intention here is NOT the
Nation security but rather milking us the Public of our Nation resources
and endangering the Nation Security. But the GAO reports failed to
incorporate that the NMD Concept was false. The GAO reports were
controlled by the ARMY and the DOJ. Please see

Very sadly another simple example that TRW [currently Northrop/
Grumman] and Raytheon NMD technologies are based on false concept is
a simulated IR [infrared] signal that incorporates earth shine spikes that are
integrated into the signal reflected from the warhead. These spikes are
made by laws of physics, by nature, and the ARMY including TRW
[currently Northrop/Grumman] and Raytheon can not stop the spikes.
Simple analysis show that because of these spikes the IR signal average, its
frequency analysis are NOT unique to the warhead and will result in TRW
[currently Northrop/Grumman] and Raytheon selecting for interception the
wrong object at the wrong time. Filtering out these spikes, and or out them
by autocorrelation will introduce unacceptable delay that will cause miss

There are 13 reports that I have reported and proved that the NMD
concept is false and any technology based on it will be forever fragile.
